Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. All of our products are custom-designed RaceBottle, made-to-order according to your specifications. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund and fraud prevention policy to ensure a fair experience for both our customers and our business.


1. Personalized Products – No Returns Accepted

Because our items are made specifically for each customer, returns are not accepted under any circumstances, unless the product arrives damaged or with a verified manufacturing defect.

Once the customer confirms the final design and production has started, the order cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

If a product arrives damaged, the customer must notify us within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of:

  • The damaged item

  • The original packaging

  • The shipping label (if applicable)

After reviewing the evidence, we may, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following:

  • A full refund

  • A partial refund

  • A replacement product at no extra cost

Requests submitted after the 72-hour window will not be eligible for any refund or replacement.


2. Design Confirmation

All of our products are custom-made based on the design the customer selects directly on our website.
By choosing a design and completing the purchase, the customer confirms their approval of the selected product.

No additional design confirmation will be sent by email or other means.

If the customer wishes to report any issue, request a correction, or make a change to the selected design, they must contact us at [email protected] within one (1) business day after the order is placed.

After this period, all orders are considered final, and production will proceed as scheduled.

Any errors, changes of preference, or misinterpretations after that time are not eligible for refund, modification, or rework.


3. Color Variations

Please note: minor color variations may occur between digital previews and the final printed product due to screen differences and production processes. These differences are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

All bottles are thoroughly inspected prior to leaving our facility to ensure they meet high quality standards and are free from defects.

If your item arrives with visible damage or a manufacturing issue caused during shipping, you may request a free replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined in Section 1.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us at [email protected] within 72 hours (3 business days) of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photographs of the damaged product, original packaging, and shipping label.

  • The product must not have been used.

Requests submitted after the 72-hour window or without proper documentation will not be eligible for refund or replacement.


5. Payment Authorization & Credit Card Use

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms they are the authorized holder of the payment method used.
Any unauthorized use of credit or debit cards will be considered fraud, and we reserve the right to report such activity to the payment processor and local authorities.


6. Order Review & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to hold, delay, or cancel any order if we detect signs of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

  • Mismatched billing and shipping information

  • Use of flagged or suspicious payment methods

  • Repeated failed payment attempts

  • Unusual order patterns

In certain cases, we may request additional identity verification before proceeding with the order.


7. Chargeback Protection

By placing an order on our site, you acknowledge and accept our policies regarding:

  • Non-returnable custom products

  • Design approval process

  • Color tolerance in production

  • Refunds only for verifiable damage or manufacturing issues

Any chargeback initiated outside of these conditions will be contested with full evidence including design approval records, shipment tracking, photos, and communications.
Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to debt recovery actions and legal procedures.
