What are the details of the free shipping offer?

Our free shipping offer includes standard shipping only (3 – 8 days) and is valid on all orders over $75 for Europe and North, Central and South America. Minimum purchase amount excludes purchases of eGift Cards, Coupons or another discount

Will I receive a notification once my order has shipped?

Yes, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation e-mail that includes tracking details as soon as your package leaves our warehouse, usually within 1-3 business days from when you placed your order.

How is my order fulfilled and what are the shipping costs?

All of our orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Guatemala and we offer  expedited  rates. Please see the chart below for shipping rates,  All packages are shipped via FedEx and are fulfilled Monday – Friday during regular business hours (9am – 5pm CST). Orders placed after 2pm CST will be fulfilled on the next business day.

United State, Canada, Mexico, Central America and South America: $6.76
(free of charge with an order value above $45)

Europe: $18.80
(free of charge with an order value above $90)

Rest of the world: $26.96
(free of charge with an order value above $100)
